ALI RABEEA MEDIA

The fine print

Policies, in plain language

These policies govern the video-editing services provided by ALI RABEEA MEDIA LTD. They're written to be clear and fair — the goal is that you always know exactly what you're paying for, what you get, and what happens if something goes wrong. Last updated July 20, 2026.

Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you (the "client") and ALI RABEEA MEDIA LTD("we", "us", "ALI RABEEA MEDIA"), a company registered in the United Kingdom (company no. 17327556) and operating from Iraq. Our registered office is Flat 15 Aneurin Bevan Court, 55 Coles Green Road, London, NW2 6EE, United Kingdom. By booking a service or paying an invoice, you agree to them.

What we do. We provide digital video-editing services — short-form edits (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), commercial and promotional edits, motion graphics and related creative work, as described on the Services page. We are a creative services provider; we do not sell software, hardware, financial products or guarantees of audience or revenue.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or have a legal guardian agree on your behalf) and able to enter a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

How an order forms. Prices and descriptions on this site are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. A contract forms when you place an order and we confirm we can deliver it. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot verify your details, if the work would breach these terms or the law, or if the requested content falls outside what we edit.

Availability. Capacity is limited and clearly signposted on the Services page. When we are fully booked, ordering is closed rather than left open — you will be invited to join the waitlist instead of being able to pay for work that cannot be started. If an order is somehow placed while we are unable to deliver, it is refunded in full immediately.

Scope of work. We specialise in clean, family-friendly advertising. Our final mixes are built on voiceover and custom sound design rather than stock or licensed music, and we do not take footage featuring revealing clothing or suggestive content, or projects for alcohol, tobacco, gambling or adult products. The full list is published on the Services page and you confirm your project fits it when you check out. If a project turns out to fall outside this scope after payment, the order is cancelled and refunded in full within 3 business days — no deductions, and no work begins in the meantime. If you are unsure, ask before ordering and you will have an answer the same day.

Order confirmation. Payment reserves your slot; it does not start the work. Every order is reviewed and confirmed by us within 24 hours, and only then does production begin. This window exists so that any mismatch is caught and refunded before either side has invested time.

Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate details, supply your footage and brief promptly, respond to review requests within a reasonable time, and use the delivered work lawfully. Delays caused by late footage, missing information or slow feedback extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Pricing

All prices are shown in USD on the Services page and at checkout. The price shown at the time you order is the price that applies to that order.

How single videos are priced.Talking Head, AI Cinematic and Voice-Over & Graphics are priced on the finished length of the delivered video — not on the amount of raw footage supplied. Each order is made up of two parts: a fixed setup fee covering the work every project requires regardless of length (brief, project setup, revision rounds, exports and delivery), plus a per-second rate for the finished video:

total = setup fee + (per-second rate × length in seconds)

Current rates: Talking Head — $15.49 setup + $1.15 per second (so a 30-second video is $49.99); AI Cinematic — $9.99 setup + $2.20 per second (so a 30-second video is $75.99); Voice-Over & Graphics — $19.49 setup + $1.85 per second (so a 30-second video is $74.99). Both components are whole cents, so every total is exact and nothing is rounded. You choose the exact length at checkout and the itemised total is displayed before payment — the amount charged is always the amount shown.

Advertised prices. The headline price shown for each single video is the price of a 30-second video, stated as such wherever it appears. Shorter and longer videos are charged by the formula above, and the exact total for the length you choose is always displayed before payment.

Packages. Each package is a one-time purchase covering 30 days of work— it does not auto-renew and there is no ongoing subscription. It includes a set number of videos at defined lengths — videos of 15 to 40 seconds and AI Cinematic videos of 15 to 30 seconds — so the scope covered by the recurring charge is fixed and known in advance. The "compare" figure shown alongside each package is the cost of that same month of work bought as individual videos at the published single rates, calculated on 30-second videos and 22-second AI videos; it is a factual comparison, not a former price. Creator: $274.99/month versus $308.35 bought individually; Business: $549.99/month versus $616.70 bought individually. Social media designs are included at no charge. Work beyond the stated scope in any month is quoted separately and only proceeds with your approval.

Length limits. Talking Head 15 sec to 1 min 30 sec; AI Cinematic 15 sec to 1 min 30 sec; Voice-Over & Graphics 15 sec to 1 min 30 sec. Videos outside these ranges are quoted individually. Length is measured on the delivered cut. If the final video differs in length from the order, the difference is agreed with you before delivery — you are never charged more than you approved.

Rush delivery. Rush delivery is optional and adds 30% to the video price, calculated on the video only and never on any extras. It moves your order to the front of the queue for delivery within 24 hours of the brief and footage being complete. If a rush deadline is missed for reasons on our side, the rush surcharge is refunded in full.

Optional extras. The following may be added at checkout, each charged as a separate line: Extra revision round $9.99; Organised project files $19.99; Extra aspect ratio $6.99. Extras are optional, never applied automatically, and are shown in the itemised total before payment.

Package extras. Project files and extra aspect ratios may be added to a package and are priced per video: you choose how many of that package's videos each extra applies to, up to the number of videos it contains (AI videos included). Project files are discounted 30% inside a package. Because a package is a one-time purchase, extras are charged once alongside it and never recur; they are shown as separate itemised lines on the checkout page and on the receipt before payment. The social media designs included in each package are free and are never sold as an extra.

Starter pack. The Starter pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and nothing recurs after it. If you move onto the Creator or Business package within 30 days of the Starter pack being delivered, its value counts towards that package.

Discount codes. Where a discount code is issued, it is single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with another code or offer, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn.

AI Cinematic revisions. The included revision rounds cover the edit itself — sequencing, timing, grading, titles, text and sound. Generating replacement scenes carries a separate production cost and is therefore quoted and approved by you before any such work begins.

We may update prices at any time; changes never affect an order already placed and paid. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, currency-conversion costs or bank fees that may apply on your side — those are your responsibility. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may correct it and confirm the correct price with you before starting work.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — they are handled directly by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Charges appear on your statement as ALI RABEEA MEDIA LTD.

When you pay. Projects are paid in advance, or on the milestone schedule agreed in your brief, before delivery. Packages are a single payment covering 30 days of work; nothing is charged again automatically.

Accepted methods.Major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available through Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's own terms and confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

All services are digital — nothing ships physically. You receive a private review link for feedback, followed by the final files to your cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox or similar).

Timelines. Single videos are delivered within 1–3 days of your order being confirmed and your footage and brief received, or within 24 hours if rush delivery was purchased. The delivery clock starts at confirmation, not at payment. Packages run to a schedule agreed together at the start rather than a per-video deadline, and all package videos are delivered within the 30-day window unless a longer schedule is agreed in writing. Your exact dates are fixed in the brief before payment. Public holidays and any delay caused by late footage or feedback are not counted. If we foresee a delay, you hear about it immediately with a new ETA — and if a deadline marked critical is missed for reasons on our side, you are entitled to a partial refund.

Formats. Finals are delivered in the aspect ratios and codecs agreed in the brief (typically MP4/H.264, or ProRes and project files on request). Once delivered, please check the files against the brief promptly.

Refunds & Revisions Policy

We keep this fair and simple, and we explain every step of the refund process below.

Before editing starts (typically within the first 24 hours of your order, before any work has begun): cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.

After editing has started: if you cancel mid-project, the refund is pro-rated for the work not yet performed. Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.

If a delivery misses the brief: your package includes revision rounds to make it right — a revision covers timestamped notes on the current cut, within the originally agreed scope. If, after all included rounds, the work still does not match the written brief, you may request a partial or full refund; each request is reviewed within 5 business days.

If a project falls outside our scope of work: you receive a full refund within 3 business days, whether the mismatch is spotted by you or by us. Nothing is deducted and no explanation is needed beyond the mismatch itself.

What isn't grounds for a refund: a change of mind about an already-approved cut, requests beyond the agreed scope, or results outside our control (for example, how a platform performs or how an audience responds).

How to request one: email editoralir@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation Policy

Every order on this site is a one-time payment. Nothing on this site is a subscription: no card is stored for future billing, no amount is ever charged again automatically, and there is therefore nothing to cancel or unsubscribe from.

Single videos can be cancelled any time before editing starts for a full refund (see Refunds for mid-project terms).

Packages cover 30 days of work from one payment. Cancel before work begins and you are refunded in full; once work has started the pro-rated terms in Refunds apply to whatever has not yet been delivered. When the 30 days end the arrangement simply finishes — if you want more work, you buy again whenever it suits you.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Your final video. Once your order is paid in full, you own the final delivered video and may use it however you like. Until full payment, all work remains our property.

Footage you supply. You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, all footage, images, music, logos and other material you send us, and that our editing it will not infringe anyone's rights. You remain responsible for the content of what you supply.

Licensed assets.Where a project uses stock footage, music, fonts or effects that we license, those carry the provider's own licence terms, which pass to you with the deliverable. We don't transfer rights we don't hold.

Portfolio use.We may show excerpts of completed work in our portfolio, showreel and social channels — unless you ask us in writing to keep your project private, and we'll honour that.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services and the delivered work only for lawful purposes. We will not create or edit content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or is hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. Beyond the law, we also keep to the published scope of work — a house style rather than a judgement, and one we state openly so nobody wastes their time or money.

We may decline or stop a project — and, where work has not been delivered, refund accordingly — if a request falls outside this policy. Abusive behaviour toward us or our team may end a project without refund of work already delivered.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. The details you choose to share — your name, email, and the project brief and footage you send — used only to communicate with you and deliver your order. When you check out, Stripe's payment page also asks for a short description of the video and, optionally, a WhatsApp number and social handle; these reach us with your order so we can start without a round of back-and-forth, and are used for nothing else. We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics (such as page views and browser type). This site does not run advertising trackers, and any cookies used are limited to making the site work.

Payments. Card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe over encrypted connections and never touch or get stored on this website. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Your footage. Files you send are used solely to produce your deliverables, stored securely during the project, and deleted on request after final delivery.

Who we share with. We never sell your data. We share it only where needed to deliver the service (for example, Stripe for payments) or where required by law. We keep your data only as long as needed for the project and our legal obligations.

Your rights. Ask any time what data we hold about you, request a copy, or request deletion — email editoralir@gmail.com.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

No guarantee of results. We put craft and care into every edit, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome — views, followers, virality, engagement, sales or other business results depend on many factors outside our control (your product, posting strategy, platform algorithms and audience). Nothing on this site is a promise of performance.

Platform dependencies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms (social networks, storage providers, payment processors) or for changes, outages or decisions they make that affect your content after delivery.

Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or reputation.

Promotions & Discounts

Any discount or promotional offer states its conditions — scope, expiry date and eligibility — where the offer appears. Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn. Where a discounted order is refunded, any code used is treated as consumed.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where the company is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If any part of these policies is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes & Contact

We may update these policies to keep them accurate and compliant. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the current version.
